They call and check the order and make sure the flowers in the bouquet you chose are allowed for delivery to hospitals which I didn’t know some flowers are not allowed. I ordered mid day and they still got my flowers delivered by dinner time same day, I was so impressed. And my family member receiving them absolutely loved them!!!
